Ofsted

Lunch Club

We offer the facility of a lunch club operating every day from 11.45am to 1.00pm i.e. immediately after the morning session of immediately before the afternoon session. You will need to provide a packed lunch and we ask that you bring this in a box rather than in a bag, this enables to store packed lunches in the fridge. Water is provided so there is no need to bring a flask.

30 Hours Funding, Tax Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers

The Pre-school is able to offer places for 30 hours free funding, tax free childcare and also accepts childcare vouchers. If you would like more information about any of these schemes please speak to Sally.

Newsletter
Each term, we produce a newsletter to let you know of up and coming events, including our Open Classroom and any fundraising activities. A copy of our latest newsletter is available on the link below.

Ofsted

We are immensely proud of our most recent Ofsted Report, especially in light of being graded outstanding. "The quality of staff interaction with the children is excellent and staff are extremely skillful in their use of teaching methods and questioning techniques". We are also highly praised for our partnerships with our parents and we understand how important it is to have a healthy positive relationship to ensure all our children's needs are met.

Physical and Nutritional Coordinator (PANCO)

We are very proud to have a qualified Physical and Nutritional Coordinator whose role is to support the well being of children, families and staff using current research and national guidelines. As part of this role her key responsibilities will be to provide advice and support to parents/families to support nutritional health and physical activity within the setting of Pre-school and the home. Another element will be to act as an agent for leading positive change to promote an environment and ethos that supports the prevention of obesity and the health and wellbeing of children, families and staff.

Uniform

We have logo'd polo-shirts and sweat-shirts available at cost for the children to wear whilst they are at Pre-school. This is not a compulsory uniform, but is helpful to avoid ruining the children's good clothes with paint and messy play.
